BIRTHDAY BASH CELEBRATION MARCH 6: Paint the town RED

"Painting the town red" is an old expression for "living it up", for a real celebration. For this challenge, we're using ..... the color RED!!!!

The color red is bright, bold and festive, perfect for any occasion. Here's my layout featuring red.... and my youngest grandchild in his dapper vintage outfits.
