Good Morning. What is everybody doing today? Is anybody going to scrap or shop?
I went to church this morning and then to the post office to mail some books to my cousin and get our local newspaper. I'm going to exercise then have some lunch. This afternoon I'm going local shopping with a friend and her daughter. I want to go to the alpaca place and get some items, a craft fair and stop at some other stores in the nearby town. It is Saturday after Thanksgiving local shopping day

Today is my hubby‘s birthday. We celebrated last night and I gave him the book that I made. He pulled it out of the sack and said a scrapbook really? And yes, I got a photo of the expression. But now that he knows what’s involved in it. He’s got some good reading ahead. And he thought it was sweet.
We’re just doing normal things today and then he just got made a manager at work so they asked him to come in at 4 o’clock for some training. He already had today off for his birthday, but then when the kids couldn’t make it today, we switched it till last night so it worked out just fine.
I hope to get a little scrapping done. I may decide to make cranberry jalapeño jam. That’s what I’m giving my friends for Christmas and I want to make it while the ingredients are fresh.

Jan, so sorry to hear about Maybelline. Hoping she improves and I know with you as her mama she'll be well taken care of.

Tried my best to sleep in this morning after the loud night we had. I was sound asleep when what sounded like a siren started going off around 2am. Jumped out of bed and looked outside but nothing seemed to be going on. Dh finally figured out it was a neighbors car horn that went on for over 15 mins. Dh called the non-emergency police number and they sent some men out but by the time the cops got here it had stopped and they said no one answered the door. The weird part was not another neighbor came out to investigate!
Anyway.....back to scrapping today. I'm making treat boxes for the kids. Two down and two more to go!
