Join us all month long as we take a creative journey back to the Stone Age with a Flintstones-themed scrapbooking adventure! Embrace the prehistoric charm of Bedrock as you transform everyday memories into dino-mite keepsakes, bursting with stone-age style and personality.

Hop into your foot-powered scrapbook-mobile, grab those bone-shaped embellishments, and let your creativity roll—because this month, we’re getting back to our roots, and it’s gonna rock the (quarry) house. Yabba Dabba Doo!
A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.
Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....

For this challenge we’re going to focus on a character I had never heard of who was on the Flintstones. The Great Gazoo was a floating scientist who was exiled to earth from his home planet for inventing a doomsday device and crash landed on earth where Fred and Barney found him.
In honor of The Great Gazoo let’s use green as the main color of our layouts. Also use a punch to represent the windows on Fred and Barney’s houses along with some string or twine.
