New Blue Plate Special challenges are posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.

For today's challenge I chose this sketch by The Lilypad off of Pinterest.
When I saw the sketch, my first thought was pinwheel.......then I immediately thought, PARTY FAVORS, GOODY BAGS.
So, your challenge today is to include something on your layout that you might find in a GOODY BAG. I chose the little purse and ring as my goody bag items. I also want you to pull out your BORDER PUNCHES and include a HEART on your layout.
