I don’t really know. Back when my sons were young they collected stamps and I got into the habit of tearing off usuals when we got actual mail. I just stick them in a plastic bag and shove them in a drawer. This time it popped up when I was looking for something postal.
They were issued in January of 1993. A sheet of 16 stamps called the Forever stamps were issued in August of 2015 depicting a black white drawing of young Elvis. Fifty four countries also issued Elvis stamps over the years, but I only know of two that were issued in the U. S.....but don't quote me on that.
