Cricut Question

Post by Tracy F »

I've been going through my scraproom and getting rid of things I don't want to take when we move. I have an old Cricut Expression machine that used cartridges. I got rid of the machine but not sure if I should get rid of the cartridges. All of them are tied into my Cricut Design space. I read somewhere that people are keeping their cartridges in case DS goes down for some reason and you will need to prove you already bought the cartridges.
What would you do? Any thoughts on this?

I threw all of mine away, except for my Hello Kitty cartridge because it’s a collectible, probably only valuable to me. The only reason you would need them would be to use them with your old machines. If they are attached to design space already you don’t need them. Also some of the cartridges got very sticky.
Just take pictures of the cartridges front and back if you think you might need them linked again in the future.

Thanks Lolis! I think I'll throw them out. Might take pics of them but doubt I'll really need them.
