A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.

I used pictures of our cute grandniece when we invited them to Chuck E Chesse for her 4th party to celebrate her 1st birthday! She is definitely our queen bee right now, for sure!
The balloons are my airy elements and I added glitter paper to mat the pictures and a strip on top of the page, also the splatters are very sparkly.
