Do you prefer to print your pictures with a border or borderless?

I like my pictures with a border but sometimes I do print them without the border and I just add a mat.

I used to print them with borders but found that I usually cut them down anyway to get more of the image front and center in the photo and so I don't only use 4x6 photos. Needless to say I print them borderless now.

Since I resize them before I print them, I leave the border - that way I don't need to matte the photo, as I typically matte in white anyways.
