I buy 1%. I started out with whole, then switched to 2%. I went with Jack to a dr.'s appt. at the VA years ago and on the wall in the dr.'s office was a poster saying 1% was best for heart health, so I switched to 1% and have been drinking it since. Of course, that was before nut milks came onto the market.
none due to tolerance but DH does whole. I have often wondered why we are the only mammals who continue to drink milk after we are weaned....just a curiosity
