This may not count since my title isn't rainbow style but I did this yesterday real quick for this challenge. I cut the hexagons out with my silhouette and inked the edges in red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple and used pop dots to adhere them to a white piece of cardstock so they have the 3d look to them. Like I said the title and sunshine may disqualify this from it counting though. But on the bright side, I actually got a LO done.

Love it and very clever! Of course, it counts..the title colors are part of the rainbow. You did not have to use a rainbow but only the rainbow colors in a way that we would recognize as the rainbow colors.
