Right now nothing. I used to walk 5 miles a day but stopped last year when it got cold and just never started back up. I really need to get back to it.
I walk a couple miles outside when the weather is favorable. At home in NY I exercise on the elliptical machine for about 30 to 40 minutes about 5 times per week. Here in Florida I walk on the treadmill at the gym
I do the Nu-Step almost every single day for 25 minutes. It is a recumbent sitting position and allows me to do it. When I first was put on oxygen my oxygen would drop and I couldn't even get to 2 minutes on our exercise bike. They put me in an exercise rehab program and discovered that when I exercise I need to turn my oxygen up to 5 L and I have been going strong every since.
