Hello everyone! I'm starting off the week with an Addams Family project inspired by Thing. I've always been intrigued by the Addams Family's appendage relative. Who would've ever thought that a hand could have so much personality? So, for today's project, I decided to create a layout based on my children's hands and feet. When they were little, I would take them to a salon specifically tailored to doing manicures and pedicures for small children. I thought photos of them having their hands and feet painted would be perfect subject matter for a "Thing" inspired project. My challenge to you is to create a project featuring hands or feet. Maybe you could create a project featuring an engagement? Or maybe your loved one has a cool tattoo on their hand or foot that is screaming to be scrapped? The possibilities are endless! Since it's Monday Sketch Day, I also challenge you to use this fun sketch featured at Sketches in Thyme created by the talented Rochelle Spears. As an added bonus, add a little sparkle to your project since we often adorn our hands with twinkling embellishments. I used flowers with gemstones on them along with shimmery patterned paper. I'm excited to see your take on today's challenge.
