Not as often as I would like. I buy my dog food from a small local business in the next town over, but everything else is pretty much big box stores. For groceries, I mainly shop Sam's and Walmart and my local IGA for meats. Fast food restaurants and pizza joints when I eat out.
I do! We just went to the honey place the other day and they are local. I also do a lot of boutiques during the year and the Vintage Marketplace is lots of small businesses.
As much as I can. Main groceries are from Walmart and Price Chopper. We do go to the small store/restaurant in our town to fill up with gas and eat out. I go to the thrift stores and the local restaurants in our nearby towns. The nearest city with a mall is over an hour away and I might go there if I am traveling through to go somewhere else
We try to use local businesses as much as possible. We do get groceries from Walmart and Aldi's but now that I think of it, we don't have any local grocers around here.
