Do you scrap with a challenge as your starting point or do you scrap for yourself?

I have so many photos that I always use some challenge as a starting point

Sometimes I like starting with a challenge to get my creative juices going. Other times if I start on an idea I have and I get stuck I like to get inspiration from a challenge to continue.
