Tag Challenge will be the posted on the second Tuesday of every month starting October 8, 2024.
Anyone can participate.
This challenge will inspire you to use your scraps, as well as those odd embellishments you might not otherwise use.
I found the cutest owl napkins while out thrifting last week and thought I would challenge myself to decoupage it on a tag for today's challenge. I'm no expert at decoupage but if you are willing to accept this challenge, you will need Modge Podge, Collage Medium or water down some Elmer's liquid glue.
