Jan, I am so sorry to hear about your Dad. Sending you hugs and keeping you in my prayers.

I was up early so I headed out in the yard and did some weeding for about an hour. That was all I could take with the heat. Hoping to go to Walmart today but we've heard they are having trouble with their computer system and the registers aren't working lately. Think I'll give them a call before we leave.

It's another sunny day n the West. going for a short ride this morning then the afternoon is free. I'm still working on a small book using the Crafty Babe line from Simple Stories. The frustrating part is they had a problem with the sticker sheet and it was printed instead of being made into stickers. You know what that means. and yes I still hate fussy cutting more than ever. It is slowing me down. I finally got smart and used Prima flowers instead of cutting out those little buggers. DH has an HOA meeting tonight so I will have a little more scrap time then.

I’m spending today running errands with mom. We’re at the DMV now. I think we have a couple of more stops to make before we’re done. Thankfully, Kyle is helping me with the dogs today and he’s cooking dinner tonight. I’m so happy to see my siblings, nieces and nephews rallying around mom right now. Everyone is pitching in to help.
