When you need scrap again supplies, do you make a list and wait till they are on sale? Or do you buy what you need at the time you need it?

For the most part, I usually just buy what I need when I need it but it looks like there’s a few good sales this weekend. I will probably get some paper packs from simple stories. Everything is 20% off so that will help a lot. I like to have the solids on hand for some of the labs that I choose to do.

I usually keep a cart at A Cherry on Top of things I'd like to have. Then, when there's a good sale I go through and pick what I need.

there was a time when I bought it when I needed it . . . but scrapping isn't happening much these days , so I'm not exactly sure what my answer would be.
