This week’s challenge is inspired by the classic song “Daydream Believer” Your mission is to create a scrapbook layout using at least 3 elements mentioned in the lyrics of the song. Use your imagination to bring those references to life through photos, embellishments, colors, or journaling.
I’m adding the lyrics here for your inspiration.
"Daydream Believer"
Oh, I could hide 'neath the wings
Of the bluebird as she sings
The six o'clock alarm would never ring
But it rings and I rise
Wipe the sleep out of my eyes
My shavin' razor's cold and it stings
Cheer up, Sleepy Jean
Oh, what can it mean
To a daydream believer
And a homecoming queen
You once thought of me
As a white knight on his steed
Now you know how happy I can be
Oh, and our good times start and end
Without dollar one to spend
But how much, baby, do we really need
Cheer up, Sleepy Jean
Oh, what can it mean
To a daydream believer
And a homecoming queen
Cheer up, Sleepy Jean
Oh, what can it mean
To a daydream believer
And a homecoming queen
[Instrumental interlude]
Cheer up, Sleepy Jean
Oh, what can it mean
To a daydream believer
And a homecoming queen
[Repeat and fade]
For my layout I used
-the title of the song as a subtitle for my page and also on the journaling
- six pictures for the 6
- a blue bird
- rings on the paper and in the tags
- homecoming as part of the title
-good times on one of the phrases on the photos
- my white knight,Jorge
Let the music guide your creativity—and don’t forget to hum along while you work!
