Join us as we pay homage to the one and only "King of Rock and Roll" - Elvis Presley. Presley's energized performances and interpretations of songs, and sexually provocative dance moves make for a fun and exciting month of challenges. So grab that peanut butter and banana sandwich, put on those blue suede shoes, & tell everybody in the whole cell block to come play along with us this month.
A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.
Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....
**Challenge:** Elvis Presley wasn’t just the “King of Rock and Roll” — he was also the “King of Fashion.” Known for his bold and unique style, Elvis became a fashion icon, influencing generations of fans and designers. For this challenge, pick one of Elvis’s iconic looks — whether it’s his leather jackets, flashy jumpsuits, or sharp suits — and create a page inspired by it. Use the posted images to guide your design, and capture the essence of Elvis’s bold, larger-than-life style. You can also use any other look that you like, just make sure you include the picture with your post.
I selected the white jumpsuits with rhinestones using pictures from my birthday.
