I've lost both my parents within the last 14 months, which means my precious granddaughter lost her great-grandparents. She was extremely close to both of them & her grief is pretty intense. She has chosen to express her grief through some art projects. This being the 1st of them. I don't think you can see it, but she has written all around the canvas - miss you. The journaling, which was very difficult to write, is hidden behind the photo on the card. Thank you, Krystle, for this challenge.

Last day of Gingerbread House!79 viewsKristen and Grace met as toddlers; they went to the same babysitter and attended Gingerbread House Pre-School together for two years and remained friends all through grade and high school and beyond. Sadly, Grace died early one morning last fall in a one-car accident. She was a wonderful young woman and is missed deeply.
