First Winter27 viewsThese are pictures of our geese in their first winter in 2019. They took it all in stride which really surprised us. If their feet got cold, they’d tuck it under a wing and stand on one foot, then switch to the other one. They even learned how to break through thin ice! But in the picture on this page the snow was deep on top of the ice on their pond so Steve had to shovel snow off and then use an axe to make a hole so the geese could take their daily bath. Our Cozy Cabin32 viewsThis is a picture of our cabin in 2017. Most of the trees have been cleared so we could build the new house (cabin will be guest house) and so we can see the saltwater lagoon as well.
