Expectation vs. Reality15 viewsWhen my family and I were on a hike in Yosemite this summer, Mirror "Lake" did not meet expectations (pretty much a pond now!). But, we did have a good time together on the scenic, shady hike, and a duck came up to us in the lake/pond...just a reminder to enjoy the journey and make the most of it!

Grudge Match5 viewsThis page is about the Astros vs. Dodgers game that my son went to in LA in August. The Dodgers fans were not kind, yelling curse words and fighting in the stands (even with each other). My son and his friend are Astros fans, and they thought it was sort of funny. I thought the baseball cards in the urinals were funny, but their throwing water bottles at my son was not! Anyway - it was something to document, and I was able to use my stash, even better!
