Join us all month long as we celebrate the large, blended family of six children, known as the Brady Bunch. The family that everyone knows and loves! Groovy!

A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.

Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing)..... The Brady Kids had their fair share of cute pets over the course of five seasons — Tiger the dog, Fluffy the cat, Bobby's parakeet, Herman the turtle, Spunker the frog, Romeo and Juliet the rabbits. Other animals also appeared on the show.

For this challenge add some pets or other cute animals to your layout. They can be on the pictures, or you can add them as embellishments. Also, I would like you to add some wooden elements to your layout to reminisce about all the wood paneling in the Brady Bunch house. Use stickers, woodsies, pattern paper, or a wood grain stencil.
I used some pictures we took with the boys and the pets as we said goodbye on our last visit to Albuquerque this summer. The layout also shows wood printed paper and wood grain cardboard stickers. Have fun!

Here's mine. My nephew got engaged this past weekend. He and his girlfriend have a dog named Charlie, who "approved" of the ring. Of course I had to include that pic! And then the woodgrain is the background patterned paper border.
