July 2nd Challenge

but the idea is still the same.
Challenges will be based on the road trip, the destinations, and possibly even a challenge or two based on the song lyrics made famous by the song writer Bobby Troup in 1946.
So join us as we Get Our Kicks on Route 66.
Remember - A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations.
Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....
*Winner will be chosen via Random.Org.
This layout was so fun to do, because the experience was so fun. I went on a road trip ALONE (I have 5 kids so this is a big deal). I used a Page Maps sketch to get it started and then played with some of my abundant travel goodies.
I challenge you to use any sketch for this challenge, but you MUST also include a tag somewhere on your layout. Please share your sketch with us as well. . . as I love using a sketch and find it quite liberating to my creativity.

I decided to work on some swap cards for September. I found this double tag sketch and here are the first four! Thanks for the inspiration.
I'm thinking I may add a Halloween sentiment in the left hand corner

Thanks! It's all scraps that I had including unused stickers on the sheets.
