No Silhouette users are weird - well maybe some are. But I just downloaded a few cut files from the store - dahlia flowers and they just wouldn't cut right. They made this long line of a cut diagonal across my paper. No matter what I did, it just wouldn't cut... weird. Anyone else ever have this problem.

PS - other files cut fine...

Have you tried shutting down and restarting? I have had this happen a couple of times over the years and that is what has worked for me. I think it just gets a signal crossed and then keeps doing it until is is turned off. Are you using an updated software? If it keeps cutting wrong call their customer service/tech. dept. They are really great about helping over the phone.

I did not try shutting off the program itself. The machine I did try. I worked it out with another cut file but will try the same file again now that I shut the program off. Thanks for the tip!
