Shampoo.

Have you used the same kind for as long as you can remember? Do you change it up often? Does your whole family use the same kind?

I have been using Alberto VO5 for years now. One, it's cheap.....that's more money for scrap supplies! And two, my hairdresser is always complimenting me on my hair. So hey, it must be okay. And no, Jack uses something else for dry scalp.

I use whatever looks interesting when I shop. Right now it is Pantene moisturizing because my hair was dry and frizzy and falling out last year. It is still think but now it is not frizzy or super-dry.

I switch it up every other month. I swear my hair gets used to it or something and doesn't react after a while...no body, no shine,...just still feels dirty. I mix it up all the time.

I buy a big one from tj max that last month's and I switch every so often

I've been using Biolage for about the last ten years, before that it was Paul Mitchell. It seems to be the only one that works for me right now. If we go to a hotel and I use something different, it doesn't hold the curl as well!! Silly huh?
