Do you have an air fryer?
We decided to get one for Christmas and so far I am impressed. Yesterday we cooked some pot stickers. They even had crisp ends just like the ones you fry in oil.

I have one and I love it. I've made fried chicken in it that came out so crunchy and I love french fries in it.
