a new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' Up Creations Gallery.

Prize will be a $10 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....

*Any month that we have more than 50 completed layouts/creations, the prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate instead of $10.

Today your challenge is to use an old kit to create your layout Remember Storytellers? They printed these bright colorful pages to use however you wanted. I have thrown several of them out but kept some that I thought I could use. This one came in handy for my Eclipse pics of the moon. They are not great photos but I made them work anyway.

These are page kits that I picked up from Bella Blvd. about 4 years ago. Not that old but the only "kit" I have and I have a few of them to complete. Good project for tomorrow!

I used an old beach outdoor kit on this.

This is 4 different monthly kits from over 2 years ago from Hip Kit Club! I had never even opened the different kits & mixed them together!
