Dec 2 - Sketch and The Polar Express

A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' Up Creations Gallery.

Prize will be a $10 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....

*Any month that we have more than 50 completed layouts/creations, the prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate instead of $10.
Welcome to the first challenge of December! This month our theme is Holiday Movies, What’s your favorite!

Today’s challenge is to use the sketch below and the movie The Polar Express for inspiration. I was lucky enough to have photos of my granddaughter on the Polar Express from last year. And how cool is it that she’s holding a silver bell.
So, what’s your favorite Holiday Movie and how will you use it for inspiration?

I was determined not to leave the crop tonight until this was finished! LOL I do still need to add the date I think it was 2007
When I looked at it this morning it is kind of busy. I should of inked it to bring out the clearness but I was too lazy
This is the only time we took the family to polar express. These cuties are now 14 and 16. The little boys weren't born yet. I was just going to do train pics of my grandkid toy room when I ran into these. This is on the train. I will have to do many more layouts now of the elves reading the story. Them passing out bells to everyone, etc...
