.. and the last day of April. Seriously where has the month gone??

Up early this morning....Wasn't even out of bed yet and Jackie handed me the baby as there are/were some things that she needed to get done, so I've been on baby duty all morning. Not that I'm complaining.

We're all getting ready to head out to breakfast together, and then Garrett has his final Honk! performance today at 2:00 pm. Then I'm hoping to spend the day in my scrap room!

What's on your agenda today??

Good morning! Got my Stamp Club letters ready for the mailbox. Printed out a few baked doughnut recipes. I am headed to the museum to help hang the Juried Photo Show that opens May 5th. Need to go pick up my duck and chicken eggs and hopefully have time to make it to a Lularoe Open House. Then home to make some Lemon Sugar doughnuts. Have to figure out what I want to make for supper too.

Have an awesome day!

Tammy, if you scrap today text me. I need a push!

Hubs is working and I've got canine duty. So far they have been pretty good. LoLa has been pawing my leg begging for food and most of the others are outside in the fence. I'm hoping to scrap today. I'm feeling inspired by Patti's color block challenge and I want to scrap before it passes.

The sun is shining today and the snow is melting. Spring should return in a day or two. "Back home" in Illinois, there has been flooding in some towns where drainage systems aren't good and in flat areas with lots of concrete. We've been impressed with how well Pueblo's water control system works.

I'm missing my kids and grandkids a lot lately. Kristen posted a couple pics of Anna and Hamish yesterday. They're growing so fast! and we haven't seen them sjnce they came for a few days after Christmas 2015. We missed Kristen's wedding due to Mom's and my health problems. Hopefully the current meds that I'm taking (and the one we will be adding if insurance will approve it) will help and I will be able to travel this summer. I know several of you also are dealing with chronic diseases and conditions also, so you know how frustrating it can be. On the up side, I've had plenty of time to scrap.

Not a whole lot happening in my world. I did get out and about for a bit to the pharmacy and Krogers. I'm now watching the Tigers/White Sox game.

I've got a load of laundry going. My head is pounding. It is raining. I'm really thinking about taking a nap. It seems that all I am doing these days is sleeping.

Wow - busy day for some of us, huh? We had bad weather around here last night and early this morning. I was in Oxford (about 2 hours from home) and missed it. Definitely saw the aftermath as I was driving home. Just got in and am eating some homemade soup.
