Monday 3/9: Sketch & Birthday Month Themed Paper Project

Join us all month long as we celebrate
our 9th Birthday here at Cookin' up Creations!!
Challenges will be based on the "Birthday Theme"....but not necessarily about birthdays!!
Don't worry if you don't have any birthday pictures as the possibilities are limitless! Trust me, there'll be enough different challenges for everyone.
You ARE NOT going to want to miss out on this month-long celebration!
New Blue Plate Special challenges are posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.
The prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing) .....
Hello everyone! Welcome to a new week of sketches at Cookin Up Creations. I'm starting off this week's Birthday Bash Celebration with this project featuring my cousin and myself on a trip to Massachusetts. We had been dreaming of a trip to Boston and Salem, and seven years ago, we made it happen! We had so much fun touring around New England, and I love these pictures of us. And... March happens to be her birthday month. So, my challenge to you is to not only use this easy to replicate Sketch #192 from Sketch N Scrap, but to also create a project that features someone you love with themed patterned paper that represents their birthday month. Since my cousin is a March baby, I decided to go with a St. Patrick's Day paper theme. Perhaps if you have a loved one with a summer birthday, you can do a pool themed? A December loved one, then a Christmas themed project. The possibilities are endless! As an added challenge, since it is March and four-leaf clovers are prevalent in March decor, I challenge you to use four of something on your project. I chose four photos. I'm excited to see what you all come up with for this project!
