Whether you’re scrapbooking romance, mishaps, or moments that made you say, “Lucy, you’ve got some scrap-pin’ to do!” — this month it's all about having fun while you create.
So dust off those vintage vibes, channel your inner red-headed troublemaker, and let your creativity run wild (just… maybe not as wild as a conveyor belt full of truffles). Because around here, we don’t just scrapbook . . .
A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.
Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....
Today’s challenge comes from the very first image that popped up when I searched for “I Love Lucy”:
Pick three colors from the image above to use on your layout, use the sketch below (from Sketches In Thyme), and use cursive letters in your title.
I used the light teal blue of Lucy’s dress, red from the heart, and white from the lettering:
