Good Morning!!

Looks like everyone is busy preparing a big meal. This year I don't have too. We are going out and I love our every other year tradition. I did buy a 12 lb turkey when they were only 69 cents a pound so I will be cooking one in the next couple of weeks. Who can resist leftovers. The rest of the day will be chill. DH is getting a cold now. Dang! I just hope his doesn't last there weeks like mine did. We will probably just watch some shows later on this afternoon.

Happy Thanksgiving Tamara - and to everyone else that checks in today as well. . .

My brother and I have been prepping and cooking since last night. . . everything is almost finished, hence the break. Jackie and the kids will be over about two . . . and she's bringing a few games over to play. Hopefully there'll be willing participants and not sleeping bodies all over the place due to "food coma".

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Quiet day with just us. DH had oral surgery a week ago so limited foods. Watching the Green Bay Packers and checking out online sales.

I just got home from our family dinner. We had 70 people there. I stayed to finish dishes and clean up. Now I'll read my book
