Hello. I'm off to volunteer at the church thrift store. Then my grandson will be coming over later. Not sure if there will be scrap time today. Have a great day, ladies

It's a stay at home day here. Think I'll make up some cookie dough that needs to sit in the fridge overnight and then head to my scraproom. I need a birthday card for my 15 year old granddaughter who is not girly at all. Having a hard time coming up with an idea. Makes me glad we don't have any male grandkids!

We just went to a quinceañera celebration, a formal 15th birthday party, for one of our nieces. I was astonished to see so many of the young women beautifully dressed, very fancy, but they did not know how to walk in high heels. Not girly at all.

Went to the grocery store pretty early then dropped off a box of donations to Savors. DH woks the afternoon shift so he got up early to exercise and since our big meal will be in the early afternoon I plan on making lasagna. When I do I always make a couple extra for freezer meals. I need to feel out the form again to get my Basaglar insulin for free. Not sure if we qualify this year because DH is making more money but fingers crossed.

It’s another stay at home day for me. My plans are to mulch the leaves in the dog run and vacuum the house again.
