RQOTD 10/16

So sorry people! We were busy all morning and then a welcoming meeting. And now I’m supposed to be working on a make and take.

Do you watch your carbs each day or just eat what you want exercise and drink more water?


If I accidentally ate too many carbs, then I go exercise right away and drink lots of water sometimes I’m not always that good 🤣

No, I don't watch carbs or any particular foods. We only eat a couple meals a day....breakfast and a late afternoon lunch. I do drink lots of water.

I don't watch my carbs but do try to get exercise in daily and I drink lots of water.
