Since I am getting my new dishwasher today...................

Do you have a dishwasher? Do you wash anything by hand? Do you do all the dishes at your house?

I will have a dishwasher again once it is installed this afternoon. I LOVE having a dishwasher. Some dishes get washed by hand, but most go into the dishwasher. Kent does the dishes. I cook her does dishes. I do dishes once in a while. I will load the dishwasher.

We do have a dishwasher and with two people I am amazed that we have so many dirty dishes. I run it through at least every day or every other day. It feels like all I do is empty it. We do have some pans that we wash by hand daily and if I make bread or cookies I do wash a lot of the dishes by hand as well as fill the dishwasher with the rest. When we bought our first hose I didn't want to lose cupboard space so opted to not have a dishwasher. After ten years we decided it was time to get one. DH was so excited he would stand at the table waiting for the kids to finish eating and snap their dishes right from under their nose and put them in the dishwasher. I scolded that the kids would never learn that chore because he always beat them to it. He said that maybe he just wanted to do it since he grew up without one. Sometimes I would put dishes in it and he would come along and rearrange it so I said fine. YOU can put them all in yourself!!

We do have a dishwasher but handwash some things. Dh does all the dish washing and I dry.

Our dishwashers kept breaking, so we decided not to get one anymore.

Yes, I have a dishwasher and use it quite a bit. However, I do hand wash my vintage Pyrex and Federal Glass dishes.

We have a dishwasher, but I tend to wash ALL the dishes. I don't usually put them away though and just keep using them right out of the dish drainer.
