Do you scrapbook for yourself? or to leave your legacy for others to know you?

I do scrapbook for my kids and grandkids remembering so many memories and good times with them. In a world of technology I often think about what will happen to my family scrapbooks when I am no longer here. No one is going to want to store all my scrapbooks, so am I doing it for nothing? maybe! I do know that I scrapbook for me, self satisfaction and remembering all the good times in my life.

I enjoy the creative process, but it's a great way to preserve memories for my family.

It's a creative outlet for me......and if I happen to preserve memories for future generations, then that's a bonus! :D

I love the creative outlet, and if my family doesn't want them after I am gone, it won't really matter. I won't be here.

To me is a form of expression and a creative outlet. I don’t even fantasize that my pages will be preserved after I’m gone. :)

It's more of a creative outlet than preserving my personal memories. I mostly scrap the kids and grandkids and some of our trips. I don't care if they keep my personal albums after I'm gone.
I remember my parents had many photo albums of their trips and we threw them out. I felt sad about it but they didn't really mean anything to my brother and me.

if they throw them away well ok. I do scrap mostly photos of my kids and their activities. Scrapping really is my creative outlet. I am addicted to it and hope someone will look at them one time before they throw them out
