9/18 - Thursday

Post by Tracy F »

Good Morning! What's everyone up to today?

I need to go grocery shopping today and I get to go by myself. Dh is having a fit that I'm going alone. For some reason he thinks it's not safe for me to go to Walmart by myself. I don't know where he gets this from but the older he gets he seems to come up with the strangest ideas. He can't come with me because he got his foot caught under the dresser and tore the skin off his big toe....what a mess! I'm actually looking forward to shopping! :D

Tracy you will be fine by yourself. DH actually went with me to Walmart yesterday and he rarely goes in. I'm sure we spent more with him in tow.
It's a much needed stay at home day for me today and I am looking forward to it. I feel like I am always scrambling to get things done lately. It's time to get me ready for the weekend.
Happy Thursday!

Hello everyone! I ordered the groceries on line for curbside pick up on Tuesday, but since we drove to Mc Allen for blood work this morning, we went to Costco. The bloodwork for me was horrible! They collected 15 tubes of blood! Jorge had to help to pass the tubes as she was filling them up. She wanted me to help her, but there was no way I could have done anything. I was busy covering my eyes and praying. It took forever! Fifteen tubes  it was too much

That’s a lot of blood! I think the most they have ever taken from me is 3 tubes.

It was a stay at home day for me as well. I didn’t do much housework today but I did play with my stamps and dies.
