Good morning everyone. What’s on your plate today? Thankfully it’s a stay at home day for me. I just finished my morning call from Kyle. I have a couple of loads of laundry to do and I want to clean the bathroom. Then the rest of the day is mine.

Stay at home day. A little bit of cleaning, cooking, and hopefully lots of scrapbooking time!

Doing laundry right now. Then scrapping and I am going to lunch with a couple of girlfriends. DH is working the matinee shift so if I get home from lunch early it will be more scrap time. Disneyland countdown is on. 11 days to go so I need to start gathering all the things for my suitcase.

Morning started at 1:30 with a text message that DH (who is leaving for Gabon today) had a Paris flight that was delayed . At 2:20 am Delta texted to say his flight from Greensboro to Detroit was cancelled and he needed to make a new fight plan. Not so easy cuz there are 4 people coming from different parts of the USA to meet in Detroit. Picked up the rental car, went grocery shopping, now making dog food, DH just left for what we hope will be a smooth flight, and as soon as the dog food is finished I am going to paint my bedroom ceiling, and then spend the rest of the day in my scrap
room. And that's my day today.
