No it seemed lie we used our cell phones more and we were just making a donation to the phone company. We had the same phone number for thirty years so at the time it seemed a hard thing to do but actually was better in the long run. Now if we could just get the same monthly bill that we had with a landline!
We do have a land line only because when we first moved here our cell phone company, Sprint, was horrible in this area. We eventually changed carriers but we kept the land line. For some reason dh likes the land line better.
