Do you exercise regularly? If so, what kind of exercise do you do?
I have a recumbent nustep machine I use almost every day for 25 minutes
Also, we occasionally go walking. On the night DH is not working. We have started walking to build up our stamina for Disneyland. lol

I don't right now but am thinking about going back to my morning walks but it's just so hot & humid. But I do several balance exercises every morning while my coffee is brewing along with counter pushups and squats.

I mow the yard, clean my house, take the dog for walks, do home maintenance, and walk on the treadmill.

We seem to be going just hit or miss. We're hoping to have a regular routine next week. Usually morning walks and work out at Planet Fitness.

I walk 2 miles about 5 times a week. we do have an elliptical machine which I use mostly when it is too cold to go walking. I then do 30-40 minutes

No, but I need to. It’s just too hot and humid to walk this time of year.
