Because our challenge focus this month is WI Dairy Month our question is going to deal with the dairy industry. How many of you have enjoyed the wonderful deep fried cheese curds that WI is famous for?

oh yes, just recently at a place where they make their own beer. We were with family and got some spicy ones. Delicious! Grandkids had them before, but i had never tried them.

I’ve eaten it at a restaurant in Mexico, delicious! I’ve never seen it offered in any restaurants I’ve been in Texas or any states I’ve visited.

Can’t say that I’ve ever had them.
