NATIONAL ROTISSERIE CHICKEN DAY
Chicken lovers celebrate National Rotisserie Chicken Day on June 2 each year. While there a numerous ways to cook a whole chicken, rotisserie chicken offers a slow cooking method that seals in flavor.

I love rotisserie chicken and always pick one up at BJ's or Costco.

Love rotisserie chicken. I buy a couple of them with the groceries to use it on recipes too. Our Texas grocery store HEB has the best rotisserie chicken and there’s a local restaurant in my town that makes it Sinaloa style; super delicious!

I do love rotisserie chicken. hubby not so much. So we hardly ever get one since he does all the grocery shopping :mrgreen:
