January 2025 - Meet Me In Memphis
Join us as we pay homage to the one and only "King of Rock and Roll" - Elvis Presley. Presley's energized performances and interpretations of songs, and sexually provocative dance moves make for a fun and exciting month of challenges. So grab that peanut butter and banana sandwich, put on those blue suede shoes, & tell everybody in the whole cell block to come play along with us this month.
A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.
Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....

My page shows me going up the stairs of the top of the water slide on our last 80s Cruise in March 2024. I said I wanted to do it and I did.

I used the quote " The first step is to believe that you can". Lyla believed she could get her first deer and she did!

They are the backside of a $2.00 Christmas puzzle I received in my Christmas stocking a few years ago as a joke from my granddaughter. Little did she know what a gift she had given me. They were already white. I was going to cut some until I remembered I had this.

The quote I chose was, "The people you love are the real treasure." The photo is me with some of my grandkids and great grandkids.
