Happy Humpday everyone! Here is your Simon Says recipe for today!

1) I get completely inspired by sketches, and this one featured on Sketch N Scrap as their October Birthday Bash sketch was my muse for this project. So, recipe step number one is to use this sketch to build your layout.



2) Use a black and white photo in some way on your project.
3) Use up those phrase sticker that are accumulating in your stash. I included four on this project.
4) Use non-traditional colors for your project. Pink is not what I think of as a Halloween color, but I simply had to use this cute collection for this project.
5) I love to use ink on my projects to give dimension to the papers I'm using. Use ink in some way on your project.

A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.

Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....
