Taking a Break . . .

lots of things happening here, and I need to step away for a few weeks. . . not permanently, but for a bit.
Jackie is moving in on Sunday with the kids (we're driving down this weekend to get her).
The house is being a bit remodeled to accommodate her and the kids.
All of my scrap stuff is currently packed away, awaiting the current remodel upstairs to be finished.
Shawn and I are finished. He moved out 3 weeks ago. Long story there, but my emotions are still all over the place. . .
My brother is still here too . . . there's just soooo much to deal with right now, and my blood pressure and stress have gotten the better of me.
Thank goodness Shawns' son Tyler opted NOT to come this week. I couldn't give him the bedroom he wanted, and he pouted. Seriously ??
I do apologize for being MIA - I don't want to be, but I have to be. . . I will do what needs to be done on the site. . . but you ladies are amazing, and you practically run it without me. . . .
If you're the praying type. . . please say a little prayer for Shawn. He loves me, he's just not happy with himself or his life right now.
I was hesitant about putting it all out there. . . and stalling on what to say or do, and figured this was just the best way. . .

Tammy, my prayers and love are with you. Do what you need to do and take care of yourself. I am praying for Shawn. Glad Tyler is not moving in. It will take some adjustment with Jackie and the kids but think of all the hugs and kisses those littles will give you. Many hugs!!!

I’m so sorry to hear about everything that’s been going on. It sounds like you’ve got so much on your plate right now, and it’s totally understandable that you need to step away for a bit. Please don’t worry about being MIA—we all care about you and want you to take the time you need to take care of yourself.
It’s great that Jackie and the kids will be moving in soon, and I hope the remodel goes smoothly. I’m sure the changes will bring some new energy into the house, even though it must be a lot to manage right now.
I’m really sorry to hear about you and Shawn. Breakups are never easy, and it’s okay to feel all over the place.
I’ll definitely keep Shawn in my prayers. I hope he finds the peace he needs, and I’m sending you strength as you navigate all of this.
Please take care of yourself. We’ll hold down the fort while you focus on what’s most important. You’ve always been there for everyone else, so now it’s time to let us be there for you.
Sending lots of love and positive thoughts your way.

I had this long reply typed out and lost it, so I will just say the following:
Glad your brother is still there with you.
Glad to hear that Jackie and the kids are moving in. Although it may be an adjustment at first, their presence will be good for you.
I will pray for Shawn, as well as you.
And lastly, you got this!

You have got to take care of yourself before you can take care of anything else. Hang in there my friend. Sending you lots of love.
