When you're following a sketch - just how closely DO YOU follow it?

If I like the sketch, I will follow it pretty close. If not, then I will change it up a bit.

I pretty much stay with the original look. Maybe 5% of the time I turn it or switch it up.

I pretty much stay with the paper layering of a sketch, but often change up where I put embellishments.

I usually follow it pretty closely. Unless I get derailed and then it becomes something else
