I used circles, Pom-Pom ribbon that came on a roll, and created my title block (layer papers, inked edges, and stickers).

Circles, washi, and hand-drawn doodles and journaling.

I'm a big fan of Katie Pertiet, the designer of 49 & Market and the Vintage Simple Stories. She sells her designs on her site and has constant sales which I frequent. In this LO I used a digital template and tore it apart in order to create my LO. I do not have Photoshop and I prefer LOs with dimension or else I could have printed it directly. Instead, I used the PGN files and created my printed background and then took the other elements and turned them all into print and cut files on my Cameo. So these are my homemade items and the twine on the tags is what came off the roll.
