I need HELP again

We had a power outage a couple of weeks ago and it messed up our printer. We got a new one and then a new internet provider with faster internet. My computer was full ad we had to delete some of the stuff to clean up my computer. I resize and post my pics through Picasa. IT was filling up so I deleted a lot of the files from years ago. No biggie. However I just tried to post a layout ad it tells me there is an error. Since Picasa was a older program I may never be able to use it again. GRRRRRR
Please tell me how you guys downsize and post your pics to the gallery here.

I use my phone, which gives the option to pick the size of the picture. The IPad does it too. If you want to use your computer you can resize your pictures with Paint.
