RQOTD 1/14/20

Post by Tracy F »

Do you have trouble sleeping at night? If so, what do you do to help yourself?

Some nights I sleep for about 2-3 hours and then I'm awake for several hours. Sometimes I read or just lay there and do some deep breathing but nothing really seems to work.

I typically don't have issues, but occasionally I will have trouble falling or staying asleep for no apparent reason.

Yes, I blame it on the new meds my dr. has me on. One of the side effects happens to be insomnia.

I rarely have problems but I don't go to bed early so I'm usually ready to fall to sleep.

My problem is that I don’t want to go to sleep. I read to relax a little.
